• Do you deliver and install outside London?

For larger installs, we can go further. If your venue is outside that range, message us with the location and date and we will let you know what the travel fee looks like. We keep travel costs reasonable for weekend-market events (weddings, showers, birthdays) and for corporate accounts booking multiple events. The easiest way to check is to send us your event date and postal code and we will confirm availability and any added cost within a few hours. Balloon arch delivery and setup is included in our quoted price for local events, so there are no surprise fees at the door.

• Do you do same-day or rush bookings?

  We do take rush bookings when the schedule allows. Events booked less than 14 days out carry a 25% rush fee, and events booked less than 7 days out carry a 50% rush fee. This covers the cost of sourcing materials on short notice and rearranging the production calendar. Same-day is case by case depending on what is already in production and what size of balloon installation you need. A small birthday arch or a cluster of balloons for a surprise party is more likely to work same-day than a full wedding garland or ceiling install. If you are in a time crunch, message us immediately with your event details, balloon arch style, and preferred colors, and we will tell you within the hour whether we can make it happen. We do not keep you waiting on a same-day inquiry.

A few practical notes. Helium bouquets float for roughly eight to twelve hours in latex and several days in foil, so timing the delivery close to when it needs to look its best matters more than ordering early. Balloons do not travel well in a hot car, so we deliver them ourselves rather than handing them to a courier. For deliveries to a workplace or a hospital, check that the recipient is allowed balloons at all, since some units in London hospitals do not permit latex.
