Balloon centerpieces in London, Ontario
Table pieces built to your palette and sized so guests can still see each other across the table. Delivered and placed.

Centerpieces are the piece guests spend the most time looking at, because they sit at eye level for however long people are at the table. They are also the easiest thing to get wrong, and almost always in the same way: too tall.
What balloon centerpieces cost
Simple table pieces start at $39. Standard centerpieces for a shower, birthday, or corporate lunch run $55 to $109. Larger statement pieces for head tables, gift tables, and dessert displays reach $139 and up. Because most events order several, we quote by the set rather than the piece, and the per-table number comes down as the count rises.
How many you actually need
One per guest table is the default, and for most events in London that lands between six and twelve. Before ordering that many, it is worth knowing that not every table needs the same thing. A common approach is a full piece on the head table, the gift table, and the cake or dessert table, then something smaller and lower on guest tables.
Height is the detail that gets missed. Anything above about fourteen inches on a dining table blocks sightlines, and guests quietly move it themselves partway through the meal, which is the clearest sign a centerpiece was built wrong. We build guest table pieces low and wide, and save the tall ones for tables nobody sits at. For corporate events and galas with rounds seating ten, we usually recommend fewer, larger pieces rather than one on every table.
Delivered and placed, not dropped off
Centerpieces arrive built and get placed on the tables, so nobody on your side is assembling anything the morning of. If the venue is still setting linens when we arrive, we work around them or come back, and Brenda coordinates that timing directly. For events where the room turns over between a ceremony and a reception, we can place them during the turnover instead.
Send your table count and layout and we will tell you where pieces actually earn their spot rather than quoting one for every surface. Quantity guidance is in the FAQ. For taller freestanding pieces see balloon columns, and for something running the length of a head table see balloon garlands.

Do you provide setup and installation at the venue?
Yes, delivery and on-site setup are included in every quote. Brenda arrives before the event and installs everything directly in the venue so you do not have to manage logistics on your event day. For weddings and larger installations in London, we schedule arrival 2 to 3 hours before the event start. For smaller setups like birthday balloon arches or shower centerpieces, setup is typically 30 to 60 minutes. We coordinate with venues on access timing and work around any restrictions they have. If your venue has specific load-in rules, just let us know when you book and we will plan accordingly. Cleanup and removal after the event can be arranged at booking. You do not need to worry about breakdown or disposal. Everything from setup to cleanup is handled, so you can focus on your guests rather than the decor.
